TRSM-1 achieves higher reversible specific capacity and stable initial coulombic efficiency while ensuring excellent rate performance. Usage suggestions
The recommended material design capacity is 350-353 mAh/g, and the recommended average compaction density is 1.60-1.65 g/cc or below. This product is suitable for aqueous systems.
Packaging & Transportation Storage Requirements
TRSM-1 artificial graphite should first be packed into 650mm×950mm plastic bags, sealed, and then placed in a cardboard box, weighing 25 +0.02kg/box, or packaged according to user requirements.
Transportation and storage
a. The product should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated place free from other sources of contamination (recommended: temperature ≤45℃, humidity ≤85%);
b. Products should be stacked neatly and cleanly, and production batch numbers, production dates, and other markings should be clearly identifiable;
c. Handle with care during transportation to avoid damaging the packaging; any product spilling out of the packaging must not be returned to the box.
d. Shelf life is 2 years at room temperature.
Things to note
a) Ensure the negative electrode capacity per unit area is greater than or equal to the positive electrode capacity per unit area to avoid lithium plating during charging.
b) Ensure a good interface between the separator and the electrode.
c) The areal density and compaction density of the electrode will affect the rate, capacity, and performance.
d) This product is a secondary particulate carbonized product; a compaction density of 1.60 g/cc is recommended for optimal results.
